Thank you for shopping at ZYDAR.We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return eligible items within 60 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

For international orders, kindly arrange the return shipping of the item(s) to us, as we are unable to provide international return labels.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Log in to YOUR ACCOUNT on our website.

Go to the "Order " section and select the order containing the items you want to return.

Click on the "Request return" button and follow the instructions to complete the return request form.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

After submitting the return request, we will process your request within 1-2 business days. Once the return is approved, you will receive an automated email containing a unique shipping label.

Additionally, in your account, click on the order you want to return, and you can also see the return label and the progress of the refund.

Step 3: Package Your Items and Ship It

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
